"Our slumber was twice interrupted by a fire alarm caused by a faulty sprinkler. One alarm occurred at 2am and the other at 5am. Unfortunately, despite the amenities, cleanliness, and great customer service, there is no way to "fix" a night of sleeplessness when something like this occurs. Oh well."

"I stayed at the Radisson Hotel Fallsview with my girlfriend over the Easter weekend for two nights. The hotel room was clean and spacious. There was much to do and had a great time.
Things fell apart on our last night. At 6:00 in the morning I discovered a piece of paper slipped through the underneath of the door. I picked it up to discover a bill for parking for $23.60 including taxes for two nights that would be charged on my credit card. When we checked in we were given a parking pass and parked in the limited space the hotel provided. The attendant at the front desk who issued the pass said the parking was inclusive with our hotel stay. At no time a parking fee was disclosed or displayed[even in the fine print]until I received the bill underneath the door on the last night. They also had valet parking that you had to use if the front parking lot was full. We had to use the valet service on the first day only because after touring with the car the front lot was full. This was o.k but a few hours later I wanted to bring more items from the car to the hotel room. The valet attendant said he would drive me to my car to retrieve my items. He drove me to another lot about 1/2 a kilometer from the hotel. He looked at the # on his slip and drove to the parking spot my car should be in. Guess what NO car. Was it lost? He told me he would find it and we drove around a while until we did find it. No apology but I did decide not to use valet for the second day. I parked again at the front of the hotel using my parking pass. I didn't use my car again for touring so as not to use the valet sevice again.
So that morning when I received the parking bill I went to the front desk to clear up the charge. I dicussed to the manager I didn't like the method of billing [ underneath the door? ] and that the attendant who gave the initial parking pass did not disclose any fees. Maybe the valet parking had a fee but I only used it for 1 night and was billed for two! The manager said it was hotel policy to issue any bills underneath hotel doors and I should have known about the parking fees. I told her all they had to do is disclose any fees up front and there wouldn't be any confusion about what is or isn't included with the room. I was very frustrated with the unfriendly attitude the manager had.
In conclusion the room was great the sevice was bad and I got stuck with a parking bill. There are better value hotels in the area that want your business but not the Radisson."

"The Radisson Fallsview is going to be the only hotel I will ever stay at when I am in Niagara Falls. The Fallsview room I had gave my self and my girlfriend the most spectacular view of the Horse Shoe falls. The room was huge and so was the Jacuzzi tub. The location is perfect. It is just a short walk to everything you will need to see and do."

"Hotel was good, unfortunately because the taxi service was poor and the resturants were overpriced in this particular area, we will choose another hotel closer to the main attrations (casino, shops and clifton hill) next time. This will not prevent us from staying at this hotel chain when we are in other cities."
