"Only thing I could comment on negatively was that there was no elevator and so we had to drag heavy suitcases up the stairs! Otherwise it was really great."

"You need to put conditioner in the rooms if you are going to continue to use cheap shampoo. Your clerk person was notified of this and very kindly responded that it was "available upon request". When someone has soaking wet hair the very last thing they want to do is go to the front desk. Perhaps a shampoo with conditioner in it would meet that requirement.
The staff at the restaurant were just lovely!!
We did enjoy our stay we will get a room closer to the pool next time however. Was a bit nippy getting there from our room. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.
Your parking lot attendant did an excellent job and should be commended for his gentlemanly like attitude."
