"In general the quality of service was good, the swiming pool was not clean, also sauna( both dry and steam) were not working, the maintenacne gentelman who showed up did not tell us why the sauna was not working."

"We were on the 16th floor and the view was spectacular...will request the same room next stay. Disappointed no fireworks on the Saturday night as we had been told there would be fireworks at 10:00 p.m."

"I guess that I am not used to valet parking. I like to just get into my own truck when I want and not wait for it. I booked on the internet and didn't realize that this disqualified my family for the extras like the breakfast buffets. After I found that out then I was told that I could not even upgrade to get this included. I mean this place did not even include complementary coffee in your room when you woke up you even had to pay for that. Why do you even have to pay for local calling. I would have used my cell phone but it wouldn't work because of some roaming problem. I guess I like to stay in nice places with great views of the falls but I don't make alot of money and sometimes it is nice to be able to have all classes of people enjoy your hotel and it seems to cater to only of those who have alot of money. I am middle class and we are comfortable but we still watch what we spend on."

"The room did not get cool enough. Other than that it exceeded our expectations.We really enjoyed our stay and the bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in."

"We were given a complimentary upgrade when I told of our disappoint-ing stay at the Radison there at the falls.The manager said she was giving me an upgrade so that I would remember the Marriot. Our Reser-vation was for floor 3 to floor 8. She upgraded us to floor 18. The view and amenities were beyond our expectations. We spent three won-derful nights glued to the spectacular view of the falls. Also from the completion of registration we were called by name whether in per-son or on the phone. My only complaint was the daily parking fee."
