The Niagara Falls Courtside Inn is approximately 3 km (5 minutes by car) from the world-famous Horseshoe Falls in the main tourism district, making it an ideal location for tourists looking to visit the Falls and explore nearby attractions.

The Inn has 52 rooms on 2 floors, and each room offers satellite TV, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, individual climate control, and free Wi-Fi. Jacuzzi and family suites are also available. Children under 16 stay free of charge, and pets are allowed for $15.00 per night. The Niagara Falls Courtside Inn does not provide accessible rooms, and parking is $8.00 per night. The hotel also has an outdoor pool.

The Inn is close to both the Clifton Hill area and Fallsview District, which feature popular attractions such as the Niagara Skywheel, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Fallsview Casino, and an IMAX Theatre (all roughly a 3-minute drive from the hotel).  

Dining is available close by at the Continental Pancake House & Family Restaurant (a 3-minute walk south of the hotel), Tony Roma's, and Outback Steakhouse (both roughly a 2-minute drive south of the hotel).

The Good
Guest reviews used for this analysis showed a positive response to the hotel's location, price and staff.

Several lodgers described the location as "within walking distance" to most of the Falls' activities and surrounding attractions.

Some guests were pleased with the price for this hotel, and while they stated it did not have a lot of amenities or "frills", they considered the hotel of good value for what they received.

The front desk staff were complimented by some patrons, who described them as friendly and helpful.

A few vacationers remarked that the jacuzzis in their jacuzzi suites were the best part of their rooms.

Negative reviews found for this analysis mentioned cleanliness, parking, and noise.

Most guests were disappointed by the condition of their rooms, stating complaints about uncomfortable and broken beds, dirty and old furniture, stained carpets and sheets, and general uncleanliness.

Several lodgers complained about the $8 per night fee for parking; they felt it should have been included in the price.

Some guests found the noise level in their rooms to be to high, due to noise coming from other rooms. They mentioned they could hear their neighbours in the rooms adjacent to them, as well as noise from people outside the hotel.
