"Customer srv was good but the rest of the hotel was hard to enjoy. Rooms need a lot of work and wasn't clean at all when I first arrived. Jakoozee was nice when it was working and, but should have a coffee maker."

"Beware of bedbugs"
"The room smells and the bed has bedbugs in it. Bad maintenance. Bad management. Complained to management and was treated poorly. The location is great, the hotel is cheap. Would never ever recommend this hostel to anyone"
