Overview
This hotel is situated in downtown Niagara Falls about an 11-minute walk to the Skylon Tower and a 20-minute walk to Clifton Hill.

This hotel offers 37 individually climate-controlled rooms over three floors. Each room comes with a clock radio, an iron and ironing board, cable TV, a hair dryer, free local calls and free Wi-Fi. Select rooms offer a mini-fridge in addition to standard room amenities. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Rooms are furnished with one or two queen beds or one king bed, and some rooms feature a jetted tub.

On-site parking is free of charge. Pets are not permitted to stay at this hotel.

Hotel amenities include a guest BBQ, heated outdoor pool, guest laundry, a 24-hour front desk and fax and copy services.

Bravo Pizzeria, Almac's Buffet and Dairy Queen Brazier are all within a 4-minute walk of the hotel. Public transit access is less than a 1-minute walk away. Of the reviews consulted for this analysis, the general tone was negative. However, there were a few compliments regarding the price, the staff and the location.

The price, according to some guests, was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

A few guests agreed that the hotel's proximity to the Falls was convenient. They also felt the hotel was centrally located and they appreciated that they had the option of exploring the area on foot.

As mentioned above, the majority of reviews sourced for this analysis were negative and guests were unhappy with their stays and would not return or recommend the hotel to others. The room cleanliness, the poor Wi-Fi and the unclean bathrooms were the biggest sources of complaints among reviewers.

Several reviewers were displeased with the cleanliness of the rooms. They claimed that the rooms had unpleasant odours upon their arrival. Some guests also claimed that the walls were dirty and unsightly. 

A few guests were unimpressed with the Wi-Fi and claimed the connection was slow, or non-existent in the rooms.

One guest in 2012 claimed to have seen alive and dead bed bugs in their room.

Additionally in 2014 one reviewer felt the area outside the hotel was unsafe and noted the appearance of police and suspected drug activity.

One guest was charged $10 for parking because he had booked online.
