The Bad
Many guests seemed generally disappointed with their stay at this property, among the reviews sourced for this analysis. Reviewers expressed concerns about several aspects of this hotel, however the most common complaint was that the guest rooms were not in good condition.
Reviewers described cleanliness inconsistencies, mould in the bathroom, stained carpeting, broken fixtures, stained furniture and unclean/stained bedding. Several guests indicated that these rooms were in need of renovations.
Many reviewers thought that the additional $10 fee for parking was expensive.
Several guests found their rooms uncomfortably cold and mentioned that their in-room heaters were not working properly. A couple of reviewers found their beds uncomfortable.
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the staff. Guests described the front desk agents as disinterested and unresponsive to guest concerns and complaints.
