"I would not even stay there if they offered free rooms,"
"air conditioning did not work, had to change rooms, ice machine did not work had to buy ice. no front office open in evenings, restaurant was the worse breakfast I have ever eaten"

"Unsatiffy with the hotel's occupancy!"
"Had a terriable time here. Not satisfy at all. Booked a double bed room for my family and kids and got one bed, my kids had to sleep on the floor. Very poor overall!!!"

"Very good budget hotel in Niagara for medium income families"
"The hotel is quite close to the main attractions. The rooms are clean. The employees are courteous and very good service providers. Breakfast should be included in the room rate."

"This hotel should be torn down with everything it contains and rebuilt from new with a few more floors. It should also be sound proof so that when someone like my mother (80 years young) should be able to put the TV up and not disturb anyone around also when the neighbors knock at each others doors we would not hear all the noise at all hours of the night. Everything is smelly the curtains are bad and torn as well I'm sure if they would clean they would tear even more. The carpets are awful and smelly and so are the beds we feel all the springs in them, it's ridiculus they are really popping out and who wants to try the couch even just to sit on? Not all the rooms have this or that and if you ask for something you don't get it either. In one room that I've reserved the heater was not working and made noise then smoke came out of it and that also provided to the awful smell."
