"We've been to this hotel twice this year, both times really enjoyed our stays at this hotel. One block from clifton hill,then down to the falls. Friendly staff, like peter at the desk, sara in housekeeping. I would highly recomend this hotel. We'll be staying there again."

"Beds are horrible and hotel smells."
"The beds in this hotel are horrible. The moment you walk in this hotel you notice the smell. The halls smell terrible all the time. The pool is in the basement and as soon as you get off the elevator it smells like mold. Avoid this hotel."

"Fair, nice, and close enough..."
"Close enough to the falls for anybody who likes the entertainment around.
Nice service, funny breakfast crew. Breakfast coupon does not cover coffee, though- unusual.
A recommondation anyway."

"You get what you pay for."
"Check in was professional, and friendly. Maids were yelling at each other between floors, while guests were in the elevators. For me I would say lobby and elevators are a one star, where as the rooms I would consider a 3."

"Good deal when in promo ....."
"The room was comfortable. Very well located .... only few minutes walk to the great falls, entertainment facilities and restaurants. However, as a 3 star hotel, the hotel was below my expectation with regards to its customer service and cleanliness of the jacuzzi/swimming pool. Nevertheless, go for it .... you won't be deceived."

"Some of the Outlets didn't work and the internet was a little sketchy. Otherwise it was a marvelous room. My girlfriend LOVED the Jacuzzi tub. The view was spectacular and the in hotel restaurant was a great deal. Over-all I'd have to rate the entire expierience a 9 out of 10."

"this is my second time staying at this hotel, i actually stayed longer cause the rate was so good, they got all that u need and i think like 10 people could of fit in my room, sofas turn into beds as well as having 2 queen beds. Its close to everything and the whole staff is friendly from the cooks to the maids and the front desk staff. tks carla"

"THe room was not gorgeous, but was big enough to accomodate my family (with 2 kids). Good location and reasonable price. My daughter enjoyed the indoor swimming pool very much. I didn't use the hotel restaurant because there are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel."

"Excellent service for the price! allowed me to check out 2 hours past check out time, as well as park my vehicle in their parknig lot well after I checked out. When i go back to Niagara falls i will definatelly stay there again."

"A comfortable place to stay very convenient to the major attractions. Easy walking distance to the falls, Clifton Hill, and the casinos.
The sitting area, microwave, and coffee maker are good added value. Breakfast OK but expensive so the voucher you get doesn't go far if you want extras like homefries or fruit cup - maybe consider breakfast buffet nearby. Excellent location at good price if you don't have vehicle."

"The hotel was very nice, convenient to everything. The only thing the ironing board did not have a cover on it, so it was impossible to press anything off, other than that everything was good, plenty of towels and the room was very clean and fresh and roomy"
