The Bad
Guest concerns for this hotel were not very common however a few things still stood out.
For example, not all guests totally liked the location of the hotel as they considered it too far from the tourist attractions. One guest recommended the hotel for people with cars, a few guests said that they didn't think the walking distance to Clifton Hill was reasonable, and another guest mentioned an expensive cab ride to get to the attractions.
Somewhat related, a couple guests thought that the hotel had a free shuttle service to the Clifton Hill area. However they learned that the shuttle was actually an extra fee and they were disappointed with that.
Occasionally guests complained about the television service at the hotel. These guests expected far more channels than what they were offered.
