Entry to the waterpark is included with guest registration and it is open September through June from 9:00am to 8:00pm Sunday to Thursday, and 9:00am to 9:00pm Friday and Saturday. In July and August, the hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm 7 days a week.

Shopping is offered on-site at The Trading Post Swimwear Shop and The Trading Post Gift Shop, and is also available off-site at a variety of locations including Canada One Factory Outlets (roughly 11 minutes driving time) and the Brand Name Shoe Warehouse (approximately 10 minutes driving time). Great Wolf Lodge features several varieties of suites which sleep between 4 and 8 people. All suites contain: microwave, fridge, 37-inch flat-screen TV, coffeemaker, hair dryer, and in-room safe. Smoking is not permitted except on private balconies; accessible suites are available upon request.
