"I enjoyed the fact that you had clean and friendly atmopshere. I appreciated and enjoyed this aspect of the hotel. Although, I feel that the room was very dull looking and had higher expectations given the visuals on your website. I had asked your CSR's on two occassion before i left from Toronto whether i had to pay for parking. I was told that parking was free, although when i arrived it was $18 a day. This is an important fact that should be posted on your website or otherwebsites thar are posting your hotel rates and packages. I dislike being given the wrong information. I would have appreciated this being told to me ahead of time, because i dislike surprise costs/fees. It was also told to me that I would recieve free breakfast with my package, although when i arrived i was told that breakfast was $19.99/each. This was also another surprise fee that I didnt appreciate. I did however appreciate the friendly serivce, but i would not recommend your hotel based on my personal experience. Thank you."

"The room was wonderful - clean and comfortable. However, the "rooftop fallsview restaurant" was very overpriced and the food was terrible. We were very disappointed with this restaurnat. The service was excellent, but the food was poor."

"This hotel was more thatn we expected. The rooms were very clean and it was increditbly convenient. We were able to park our car on site and walk everywhere. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again on return visits."
