Several guests complained about the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Reviewers described the staff's appearance as unprofessional and a few guests said that the front desk agent they encountered encouraged guests to stay elsewhere. A couple of reviewers also complained that the front desk agents attempted to photocopy their passports and/or driver's license.
A couple of guests mentioned that when they arrived at the hotel, the parking lot appeared vacant and the neighbourhood immediately surrounding the property seemed unsafe.
