"The Hotels facilities were very nice. The view was spectacular. The only problem was that the temperature of the suite was unstable, even after using the thermostat. We liked the whirlpool jacuzzi."

"The hotel is amazing!! The only thing I would have to warn you about is the elevators. They can be a little slow in the morning during breakfast. We would wait about 1/2 hr each morning for an elevator. You could always use the stairs...which would be faster but we were lazy :)"

"Elevator service was very frustrating, but noted you are installing another one to assist - very good idea. Valet service was terrible! I would not come back to the hotel because of how slow it was to get my car which I needed if I wanted to go anywhere b/c it wasn't walking distance to downtown. Worst valet I've ever had to experience AND to add insult to injury I was forced to pay for it ($20.00) because there was no on-site parking. Why not offer a client, valet at the charge or free parking? I hated that service was forced on you."

"Everything was perfect. I was accompanied on this trip by my daughter of 15 year old daughter. She also loved it and all of my requests were granted. I had originally booked a regular room which was upgraded tp a wuite on the 31st floor with a beautiful view of both (U.S. and Canadian Falls). I am looking on revisiting the Niagara Falls in the Futurel; and I will only stay @ The Embassy Suites. Even as a US government contractor in Iraq the price was very reasonable and affordable. Also it was nice to be provided with FREE buss transportation to all of the sites and business sections in Niagara Falls. Thank You very for the wonderful stay and it is one that we will never forget. Roger & SW from Iraq"

"The view was incredible - we could have stayed in our room the whole time. The room wasclean, fresh. The front desk was most helpful - Travelocity had not sent in our reservation but thye helped us, put us in one room for one night, changed to what we had reserved the second night. Breakfast was bountiful, but a bit boring. You could switch between pancakes and waffles, or have different muffin or sweetroll. I didn't thing the piles of already toasted bread was appetizing. The coffee wasn't great. Service was very attentive the first day, non-existant the second. The manager's reception was generous and nice. Lobby is gorgeous. Other workers - cleaning, maintenance, etc were pleasant. It's always nice for someone to smile and say hello. It's surprising how few people actually do this. Please keep your staffd doing this. It makes guests feel at home."
