"The hotel was very quiet and the atmosphere was nice. Very clean. Had to wait for front desk to serve us as they were on the phone. It took about 5 mins but at least the woman apologized for the wait. The warm cookies is such a nice touch! Excellent idea. The bed sheets were soft & room very clean. We had a nice view of the falls. We had an excellent time, thank you."

"I will definitely stay at this hotel again, the service was great, rooms were very spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. It is also located within walking distance to the falls, casino, restaurants, etc. Loved the chocolate chip cookies!"

"Thumbs up to staying at the Doubletree"
"We stayed at the Doubletree Febuary 25th and 26th 2011 and were very pleased with the experience. The staff was very attentive and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were awesome. The location was desireable as it was close to Clifton Park where our children like to go and close enough to walk to the Casino. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls."

"very nice hotel. i happened to go on new years, so it was a little expensive for my taste, however i'm sure it wouldnt be so expensive otherwise. breakfast for two was almost 40 dollars, which was a little much."

"Doubletree 1 king room review"
"lots of space, great view and a 5-10 minute walk to Fallsview Casino, the falls, and most other major attractions.
Disliked the high price but for the quality of the hotel it was reasonable enough."

"Not a hotel for people with allergies!"
"This was the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I have allergies and chemical sensitivities (esp. to air fresheners, perfumes, and artificial scents in general). I had requested that the hotel refrain from using scented products in advance of my stay, but they either didn't listen or else it just wasn't enough. The room seemed to be dusty as well which didn't help -- picture millions of little scented allergen particles in the air. If you're ok with this, you might like the hotel. But I was miserable the whole time. I won't be staying at another Hilton."

"**** Fireworks *****"
"Had the best 2 nights there and would have enjoyed a longer stay if i had the time.)
The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Everything was a ear shot away to whatever you wanted.
The front desk staff was most polite and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean.
Bathroom was clean and plenty of amenities to spare.
I highly recommend at least 5 - 6 nights to enjoy all the hotel services.
I love the layout and design in the lobby soon as i stepped in.
Next time for sure I will be doing my booking with Doubletree again when i visit.)

"Great rooms and breakfast."
"Paying $12 for parking is not adequately explained, with only a small check box to indicate this on arrival. Although the elevators are modern and fast, having only two, means lengthly waits at check out times. the falls view from the 16th floor is good, but best views are from 18 or 19, or any of the nearby hotels that have more floors. Service for the excellent buffet breakfast was quick and courteous."

"There was not enough of a difference for me to pay that much for a hotel again. I was also not impressed that I had to pay extra for parking. Parking was included at the other hotels I stayed at on my vacation. They were also considerably cheaper with similar amenities. It wasn't a bad experience, but I won't stay there again."

"Absolutely worth it"
"We spent 2 nights at the Doubletree and it was fantastic. It is walking distance from the major attractions and restaurants and has all the ammennities you need.
The breakfast package had a good variety with a very nice dining environment.
A very nice hotel. I would come back again and would certainly recommend to my friends in Jamaica and around the world.
Well done 'Double Tree' !"

"A quick stay in Niagara at an excellent hotel."
"The hotel was amazing, clean, friendly staff, amazing sheets :).
My husband and I stayed in an executive room with a King size bed and the space was perfect and we especially liked the bedroom being separate from the washroom and mini living room.
This hotel also is doing their part on going green with recyclable trash can in each room and their program on washing linens.
The only thing we would add is a free or less expensive breakfast; however, my husband and I highly recommend this hotel.

"Comfortable bed, clean all around, beautiful view. Walking distance to new Casino and (highly recommended CopaCabana grill restaurant).
Firdge wasn't working but we didn't really needed it. Staff did offer to take a look at it right away.

"Eccentric, pleasant and central to the Falls."
"I like the fact that they have the physical activity amenities within the hotel, the Art Museum of which I had the honor of signing the guest book right below Sydney Crosby's, #87 (All the Best). I had thought the hotel was slightly closer, one block away from Niagara Falls, but it is more like three blocks in total. Other than that, hotel is totally in top notch order and close to all amenities and fun sites."

"Niagara Falls Doubletree Fallsview by Hilton Niagara Falls lives up to its fine reputation. A dependably excellent standard. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else during my visit to Niagara Falls. The view is fabulous both night and day. The proximity to tourist attractions contributes to enjoying the outdoors a little more from their front door. Thank you."

"Although I booked a Fallsview room, I didn't see much of the falls as I had hoped. I would have appreciated a room on the top most floor but I guess the hotel was overbooked. Overall, This is definietly an excellent hotel and I would recommend it to everyone."

"The hotel room was too warm. we opened the air vent and turned down the heat but still the room remained too warm. The hotel should consider extending the pool hours beyond 10:00 pm not much to do on a Wednesday evening during off season. Also the pillows were uncomfortable."

"We had problems at the front desk that could have been handled much more deftly. We purchased rooms with a breakfast program. They forgot to give us the coupons, and we had to spend 15-20 minutes sorting it all out and the obvious attitude was that they wished we would just go away. One staff member, who couldn't figure out how to solve the problem, referred it to another, who at least apologized. Then I had to remind them to give us the coupons for a second day. The front desk should have taken care of everything at check in and then fixed it much more cheerfully - we didn't do anything wrong.
That aside, this is a really nice hotel and we loved our room."

"This is an allround excellent hotel! My husband and I had a very romantic weekend there. It is convienient to all the attractions of Niagara Falls, especially the new casino, which is also fabulous! The beds at the doubletree are the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. The hotel is very new, clean, and attractive. It's worth the extra $20 or so dollars to stay here over the days inn or somewhere super cheap."

"A very new hotel with lots of work going on. Lots of hammering during the day, and two fire alarms in two days. The pool maintenance caused the sauna to be off for the duration and the indoor jacuzzi was on and off intermittently--apologies are great, but we were there for a short stay--the beds, however, were extremely comfortable and the room was very nice--a good value for sure!"
