"The staff provided outstanding customer service and was very helpful. The rooms are perfect we were 2 adult and 2 boys and i booked for 1 suite king bed for 2 nights. the location was very close to everything. The best thing was the parking for free."

"Incredible good location"
"The hotel's location is incredible good. It's only a 2 minute walk to the Clifton Hill Street, which is where the main attractions for entertainment are. It's also only a 10 minute walk to both the casino and the falls. However, the hotel is far enough from these attractions so as not to be disturbed by loudness and have a good rest."

"great trip. good hotel for the price. Eat breakfast out."
"The location is good because is a very short walk to all the attractions and the buses that take u to the attractions (people movers). We definetly recommend getting the Fun Pass. The pool and hot tub were good. the customer service was great and very helpful. Our king bed was very comfy and clean bathroom. we had a suite and our 2 girls shared the sofabed, which we had to ask fro a second mattress to make comfortable for them, but the staff was great and brought one right up. The breakfast was minimal and we didnt really eat there. Thank God I brought cereal and milk for my girls that they like to eat @ home. The breakfast area was clean but not much to choose from."

"It was ok. We didn't spend too much time in our room though. The shower wasn't clean when we got there. The hot tube was not hot and the pool was actually pretty chilly. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is because of the price, very cheap. I guess I can't complain too much if it's cheap!"

"Overall, pretty impressed with our stay. The staff was friendly, room was large and clean, and everything worked. Only complaints were that half of the TV channels didn't work, and the bed linens made us itch. On the latter, we don't itch now, so it must have been the type of detergent used to wash them. Oh, and the heat system was a little outdated: it smelled of burning insects when turning on the heater before bed. The shower system was also somewhat flawed, as the tab to pull up to turn on the shower only blocked it halfway. Water would continue to pour out the spout as the shower was running, which was a major waste. These were all fairly minor issues, however, and the value stay was worth the buck."

"This is a very good hotel. I had no complaints except one: I was in room #109 and the room above me had extremely loud plumbing. Twice I was waken up in the middle of the night when someone in the room above me flushed the toilet. Do not occupy room #109 if someone is in room #209, unless you like the sound of Niagra Falls plumbing!"

"Just a few minor things:
-Pool had toooo much chlorine in it.
-Breakfast could be a bit better.
-Driveway could be salted after a snow fall.
But as I said above would make it a better hotel.
But it is a pretty decent hotel for the price. Wouldnt mind staying there again."

"The hotel was great for the amount we paid. Only problem I had was that the free breakfast was just bagels and coffee and a few pastries. Our room had a kitchenette including a microwave, so we pigged out. Great hotel, will definately check here first when coming back to Niagara :)"

"I was very happy with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel rooms, lobby, and breakfast area, however the pool and hot tub were in the worst condition I have ever seen and was very poorly ventilated. Having worked at a pool, I know it would not pass a health inspection and would have rated the hotel much higher if the pool was properly maintained."

"More attentions should be paid to light bulbs in rooms and bathrooms,
for the most part the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.
The people in attendance at the desk were friendly and helpful.
I believe they could up grade a little in the rooms."

"1. There is a continuous humming noise at night like a generator which makes it difficult to sleep or relax. Note that this is not the air conditioner either in the bedroom or in the bathroom
2. There is no air as the windows do not open or it is cold and noisy to keep the airconditioner running all through the night.
3. We were not impressed to try the bagel as breakfast -- better label it as snack."

"For being a Days Inn I was very unimpressed. The Room was in need of repair, the "free breakfast" was plain bagels or toast that's it really nothing else. They charge $1 for making 800 calls from the room. The check Inn and out took too long. I could have stayed across the street for $20 a night less for the same thing. Won't trust a Days Inn again for a stay."
