"Get what you pay for...."
"Service was good..let us check in early, and very friendly. Room was clean, simple and good for what we needed for the value. Kids liked that there was a playground out back. Internet was poor, not a strong reception and the TV only had 4 channels...two of which where the same. The channel where really bad. Bad reception at times. Close driving distance to attractions and walking distance to restaurants and local shopping. Kids liked the pool however I found an over use of chlorine in water...fumes burned eyes and skin. Not recommended for people with sensitive skin. Over all if your looking for a quiet simple place to stay for a good price thus is a good choice. If you want the extras of a hotel room, thus may not be a place for you."

"We needed a few extra things for our rooms, like ironing board, box of tissues, extra pillows, and a plunger, they were prompt, we had everything we needed within minutes of asking. Great service.Very clean and modern."

"The front hotel staff were very nice, but house keeping was an issue during our stay. We noticed a stain on the duvet upon arrival and asked for it to be changed, but while we were out the housekeeper took our tip but just re-made the bed with the same dirty blanket. She also forgot to leave us things like toilet paper and an extra face cloth (there was only one facecloth left), and did not vacuum our room the entire four days that we were there. We have stayed at this hotel 2 times in the past, and this was the first time cleanliness was an issue. When we mentioned our concerns to the front desk on check-out, we were assured that this issue would be addressed and apologies were given. In the past what my boyfriend and I liked about this hotel was that it was clean, the room rates were low, and we liked the convenience of having an outdoor courtyard room. Negatives include the fact that the beds are quite firm, and the way the flatscreen TV is attached to the wall you can't attach an HDMI cord to hook up a DVD player or X-Box. The TV cable only had a few working channels, and the rest were fuzzy. We have stayed at this hotel two times in the past, but I am not sure if we will be staying there for our next visit to Niagara Falls."

"When we first arrived we were told our rooms were ready we went up to them and the cleaning lady said they weren't done and she was very rude. The girl behind the desk was very friendly though and helped us out. Our toilet overflowed but housekeeping was there quickly enough to fix the problem. We had forgotten one of our bags with our camera in it and they had nicely put it at reception for us."

"The room was over priced. It needs some serious cleaning/renovation (ie carpet, bathroom) It would have been nice to at least had a coffee machine in the room for the price. The t.v. was small and we had this huge cabinet. It took over the wall with the only mirror. Would not stay again. The pool was way too hot and the hot tub was unbearable."

"It was great that they offered a shuttle to the main attractions but it was ridiculous that it took an hour to get from there and back! It sort of ruined the night when the prime hours of 10pm-11pm were taken up by getting back to the hotel. I also think they should offer the shuttle past 11 considering the casino is open all the time and bars until 2! The rooms were satisfactory, but the service was great"

"The clientelle was young and noisy. There were all night parties on our floor. There were slamming doors that continued throughout the night. The adjacent restaurant, Denny's, was absolutely terrible. During our dinner meal the night of our arrival, our order was so badly screwed up they didn't charge us for our food. The following morning, the meal was so badly screwed up again, they offered to pay for our meal again. The food was at best, marginal, and the service was worse than terrible. The pool was small and full of sceaming, jumping teenagers the whole weekend. Don't make the same mistake we did. Stay at another chain."
