The Bad
Overall cleanliness was an issue as numerous guests complained of poor cleaning conditions in their hotel rooms. A few guests complained of bed bugs and cockroaches in the hallways and inside the guest rooms, and other guests found hairs in their beds and bathtubs. Some guests felt that housekeeping had skipped their rooms or failed to clean their bathrooms. Basic toiletries, such as soap and toilet paper, were missing from some guest bathrooms, and there were several complaints of dirty, smelly carpets.
There were also complaints of dirty water in the pool and hot tub.
A few guest reviews complained of cold temperatures. Some guests had to contend with a broken heating system in their room and lukewarm water in the bathroom.
