"we reserved this room and it was so dirty we took our loss and went to find another room. the carpets were so dirty with giant stains all over that we wouldn't let the kids play on them. When I went to the front desk to complain we were told that they are steamed cleaned every 2 weeks. they don;t need to be cleaned, they need to be replaced. I'll never use this agency again to book a room. I'll defently never book a Days Inn again. This was the worst and the dirtyiest room ever. Stay away from this place."

"The staff was very friendly, especially Pat. She was very informative about the location and the surrounding attractions, restaurants, etc.
The room and hotel in general was very clean. However, I noticed that the jacuzzi in my room upon closer inspection was not as clean as it could have been, which deterred me from using it."

"The customer service at the desk was excellent. Very friendly staff all around. The only problem we encountered was that there was no ice in our ice machine and the pop/water/candy machine was completely empty. We were able to buy a chocolate bar at reception. Overall it was a good experience."

"Won't go back"
"The place was crawling with drunk 19 year olds. I hardly slept the entire night since the drunk kids were running around the hotel like animals and blasting music. The hotel staff did nothing about the loudness. I wasn't told that I would have to pay for parking until checkout. The queen size bed was not a queen size it was a double. The walls are paper thin so I can hear everyone flush their toilet and the fans in their washroom. Overall I did not sleep a wink in this hotel."

"Comfortable, affordable and great location."
"The great thing about this hotel was that it was clean and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. The Perkins restaurant right next door was very convenient and they had good food.
We walked down to the Falls every day and then down to Clifton Hill. The Crystal Caves on Clifton Hill was fun for the whole family."
