"No indoor pool and no fridge in room! Charge extra for parking and fridge not worth the cost for a two night stay! I've been to Niagara Falls many times and for the price I've had much much better hotels! Not impressed with this hotel won't book again at this location! Also very noisy didn't get any sleep the second night from people yelling or partying whatever it was they were doing! Overall a very bad experience!"

"Value for money hotel near the falls"

"Good 1. Near the falls 2. Available at reasonable price Bad 1. Bad smell in corridor (might be because its not properly ventilated) 2. Room arrangements - you need to walk a fair distance from the reception if you get a room at the other end of the hotel"

"Very clean, comfortable accomodations. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to Niagara Falls, shopping and casino. No on site restaurant, although the diner on the other side of the parking lot does have a breakfast buffet."

"The hotel staff was very friendly. I don't feel it is necessary to be charged for parking when I am staying a hotel. Also, the selection of channels on the television was less than adequate."

"In the nursery, there were miles legs, soiled linen with traces of black shoe on it and also, the carpets were white crouter. Really disgusting, I will never go back."

"we reserved this room and it was so dirty we took our loss and went to find another room. the carpets were so dirty with giant stains all over that we wouldn't let the kids play on them. When I went to the front desk to complain we were told that they are steamed cleaned every 2 weeks. they don;t need to be cleaned, they need to be replaced. I'll never use this agency again to book a room. I'll defently never book a Days Inn again. This was the worst and the dirtyiest room ever. Stay away from this place."

"Hotel was good"

"Overall the experience was good and for the price the hotel served its purpose. The worst part of the trip was the fact that the parking charges were not disclosed on the booking website."

"definite return!"

"The staff was very friendly, especially Pat. She was very informative about the location and the surrounding attractions, restaurants, etc. The room and hotel in general was very clean. However, I noticed that the jacuzzi in my room upon closer inspection was not as clean as it could have been, which deterred me from using it."

"The staff was friendly and very helpful and kind. for that reason alone I would return."

7 out of 10 | Marissa stayed November 21, 2010

"The customer service at the desk was excellent. Very friendly staff all around. The only problem we encountered was that there was no ice in our ice machine and the pop/water/candy machine was completely empty. We were able to buy a chocolate bar at reception. Overall it was a good experience."

"Won't go back"

"The place was crawling with drunk 19 year olds. I hardly slept the entire night since the drunk kids were running around the hotel like animals and blasting music. The hotel staff did nothing about the loudness. I wasn't told that I would have to pay for parking until checkout. The queen size bed was not a queen size it was a double. The walls are paper thin so I can hear everyone flush their toilet and the fans in their washroom. Overall I did not sleep a wink in this hotel."

8 out of 10 | Jay stayed November 13, 2010

"The two preson hot tub in our room was very large we will stay again for sure. excellent value for a room with a jacuzzi great price"

"Comfortable, affordable and great location."

"The great thing about this hotel was that it was clean and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. The Perkins restaurant right next door was very convenient and they had good food. We walked down to the Falls every day and then down to Clifton Hill. The Crystal Caves on Clifton Hill was fun for the whole family."
