"Anywhere else but here! Wrong Choice! Waste of money & time!"
"First of all they couldn't find our reservations!!!! Gave us terrible old rooms, dirt everywhere, hair in the bed, hair in washrooms, terrible smell!!! they tricked us into purchasing their hotel rooms but they sent us to a motel location behind the hotel that had no access to main lobby and the pool!!! it was cold in the room at night no heating system!!! not enough parking, access to second floor of their motel rooms was just one set of stairs!!!!!!!!! lots of complications ... TV not working, rude staff!!! waste of money!! don't go here if you really wanna enjoy your stay at Niagara Falls!! anywhere else but here!!!"

"The bedsheets on the cot where not changed from previous user because we found their sock in the sheets at the bottem of the cot!!! Unexceptable, and all we were told was 'Oops, sorry" aslo there was food and milk and mold left in the fridge. Awesome location, but never will return there again!"

"Nice Hotel at Best Location"
"We had a good stay at this hotel. I will definitely book again here. The location is really good, close to restaurants, kids fun place and the outlet stores. The only thing that I did not really like is that they charge for parking. I think parking should be free."

"great location, perfect for the price"
"it's in a great location. Good place to stay for the price. No complaints. But if you're looking for a ritzy place to stay this wouldn't be the place you want. We didn't saty in the room much so it was def good for what we needed.(shower & bed) The pool & hot tub was nice but the pool was COLD!! The staff was friendly. We would def stay here again!"

"I loved the beds!!! There was a good amount of towels and face cloths, and the jacuzzi was a plus. Only problem was there was no t.v channels or movies to rent like we were told. And the curtains were not long enough for the window so privacy was scarce. Either then that customer service was good and the room was definetly worth the dollar."

"I wish that I was writing feedback to gush regarding our normally wonderful stay at any Days Inn we have ever been to.
We opted to stay at the Days Inn Clifton Hill Casino due to the indoor pool and the proximity to Clifton Hill. As we were on our honeymoon, we were definately going to be sightseeing and also enjoying relaxing by the pool.
We arrived for our Three Night Stay with our check-in relatively uneventful. The next day we were up and out of the room by 8 am, put our Do Not Disturb Sign on the door and then left for the day. By 5 pm we were due for a rest so we headed back to our room to find that not only had it been disturbed, but that it was hotter in the room than it was outside. The air conditioner had been turned completely off and now there was a huge and loud dehumidifier-fan running in the room.
My husband called down to the front desk and was told that when housekeeping entered the room (of which was not supposed to happen since we placed the Do Not Disturb Sign on the door) they discovered a problem with the air conditioner in which they called maintenence to have repaired.
My husband was then told that there was nothing that could be done about the situation. At this point we are getting a little perturbed about the lack of concern over our comfort. Lets face it - that is exactly what we are paying money for. He requested to the front desk that they move us to a new room to which they said they would "See what they could do". Is it not customary for a hotel of your reputation to take it upon themselves without the customer having to come up with a solution, to take the liberty to offer us an already cooled down room knowing that we are not going to want to stay in a room with no air conditioning considering the humidity and the heat? I really cannot believe the aloof behavior of not only the front staff - BUT even worse the General Manager Pat who alluded that not only could the Do Not Disturb have blown off, but that their staff does not make mistakes.
Well, I am sorry, not only did housekeeping come in the room, but while the beds were made, there were no new towels, the ice bucket was not cleaned out nor was there a new "Do Not Disturb" sign. My husband then proceeded to the front desk to get the point across - this is just not acceptable.
While I appreciate the fact that every department has their duties and does their own due diligience, please do not put the blame for discrepencies onto your customer.
After our 45 minute wait in an extremely hot room to get into the newly cooled down room, we discover once again - no Do Not Discturb Sign.
A simple note saying Ms. McGill, upon your return please come to the front desk, at which time the situation could have been explained and an already cooled down room could have been awaiting our arrival.
It does not take much to please a paying customer. But hey, that's just her job right?"

"This is definitely a budget hotel. The room was very clean, but you could see signs of wear (e.g. cracks in the bathtub). For the one night I was there, I was comfortable, and I got my money's worth. I'd recommend it for anyone looking to pay a low cost. If the budget allows, however, I might try to pay a bit more and get a couple of extra amenities, such as in-room coffee and a television with more stations."

"i would reccomend that no one stays at this hotel as my friends and i had the worst experience....the supervisor has a short term memory and the service was awful...we went to the lobby for information and we were totally ignored...we viewed the hotel over the net and expected something nice ,,,,,but that is not what we got....so anyone travelling to niagara falls ........DO NOT STAY AT THE DAYS INN CLIFTON HILLS CASINO MOTEL/HOTEL....WAS THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN!!!!!!!!!"

"It was noisy stinky and the curtains didn't cover the entire window and the the car headlights light up our room. I asked the front desk to take a look and they never came.
The girl at the front desk was wonderful and covered nicely for your hotels shortcomings. She neither spoke poorly of your hotel or made me feel that my complaints were unjustified.
However I was on a vacation with my 84 yr old Mom and it was an unpleasant experience. We changed hotels and finished our trip.

"I thought that this hotel was located in an excellent location. We didn't use our car the whole vacation. Our room was on the 7th floor so we had an excellent view of the casino and clifton hill. The room was very new looking and kept very clean. My only complaint was that every single night of our stay there were people outside in the hallway around 3am just screaming down the halls. At one point when we came to our room at 9pm they were literally fighting in the hallway. The first night that they made all the noise we called down to the front desk and complained and he said he would be up. The noise stopped, but a half an hour later they were in the hallway again screaming and talking. I don't know what you could do to control people like that, but I just thought you should be aware of it. I think they were there on spring break, but they were completely out of control and totally disrespectful of other people sleeping at 3am."
