"Best stay ever!"
"We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were perfect: pool, arcade, and sauna! Only thing we disliked was that the fireplace in our room was electric. We were sort of hoping for a real fireplace; cozying up by it, listening to the crackling of the firewood. No big deal though."

"A OK"
"The decore was a little old, the TV was still a tube. But it looks like they were renovating (at least the lobby) when we stayed there. So hopefully next time they would have an updated look.
Right on Victoria where a lot of the "attractions" were. About a 10 min walk to the falls (which is great cause you won't need to look for parking if you drive there)."

"Great value; great stay!"
"Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls is definitely worth its value. I stayed here for two nights with friends. Our stay was very pleasant, good customer service and nice location in the midst of Niagara attractions. If you're looking for a simple getaway to Nigara, this hotel is great. Walking distance to the falls and casino (about 10 minutes). The only reason I would NOT recommend this hotel is if you want a view of the falls."

"Great Stay"
"We liked the option of having both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Not very many hotels in Niagara Falls have both. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very spacious."

"Good but surprised no view of the falls."
"Hotel was good for the price I got. However, I was under the impression while booking that I was booking the Marriott Fallsview. Not knowing there were two different Marriots it was quite a surprise to find out the courtyard did not have a view of the falls."

"Our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Niagara Falls"
"The staff was prompt and helpful. The room was clean. The pool area was nice.
We didn't like the fact that our fireplace was just for looks and didn't actually give off any real heat. The pull-out sofa was TERRIBLY uncomfortable.
There was no free continental breakfast - it would have cost us each $12.99 for breakfast. We walked across the street to eat at Denny's instead. What hotel doesn't have free breakfast these days?!?!!??
The location was great - a short walk to all of Clifton Hill's horrid attractions, as well as to the beautiful falls. We liked that the hotel wasn't RIGHT in the middle of Clifton Hill, but that it was still right nearby."

"Excellent Hotel to stay"
"We were a family of 2 adults & 2 kids. First thing that impressed was the friendly welcome by the Hotel staff. Though we arrived 2 hrs earlier to the check-in time, they had provided us the room. The room was quite clean and well organized. The Hotel atmosphere was clean and well maintained.
Overall, I strongly recommend this Hotel for a happy stay and also for its close proximity to shops, not so far to Niagara Falls and also entertaiment place (Cliffton Rd). When we come back again, we prefer to stay in this Hotel again"

"Would definately stay here again."
"My husband and I needed a relaxing weekend away and were given a spacious fireplace jacuzzi suite. The check in people were friendly and the hotel was within walking distance to many attractions. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and would definately come back again."

"My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. It was as if we were on our first date all over again. The atmosphere itself made it all convenient. When we went for breakfast the Saturday morning I was too shocked for words. We kept on saying how romantic they made it. Firstly, we were seated by the attendants of the Restaurant where we went for breakfast and the music there was soothing to the ears. The breakfast was excellent. Thanks!!! We couldn't complain. The room, WOW!! We rate this hotel as a 5 star. Our stay at this hotel makes you fall in LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN!! We thank you for your Excellent service."

"Managers custermer service skills are very bad.The manager on that day (Oct.11/09about 4 p.m.) called our room acusing us of spitting and throwing things out the window which was truly false.He just accused us as if he knew that it was us. It was very cold that day and we didn't even open the window.I know that as a manager you have to investigate every complaint,but get your facts stait before you accuse anyone one.
That was my only complaint,but it wrecked my whole weekend and I will never be going back there again.

"Service was excellent. Especially appreciated that the hotel offered a cot as soon as they saw that our granddaughter was with us. A previous hotel that we stayed at the same week wanted $35 a night for the cot. We would have not problem staying at a Courtyard by Marriott again. Thanks!"

"The plumbing might need some attention - noise of toilets flushing elsewhere could be heard all night. Other than that we like the location - not too far away from the actions however far enough to enjoy quietness for our stay. And the room is clean and very pleasant."

"I thought everything was great. I felt very assured when there during new year's eve. I've been at other so called higly-rated hotels and this was not the case. There were sometimes at these other hotels in which my friends an I felt like we should've left.
My only complaint was that there was no complimentary breakfast on new years day. For as much as I paid (285 Canadian) I'd of thought there would be."
