Most guests felt that the location of this hotel was ideal as it was both close to the Falls and also to several tourist attractions. This was one of the reasons why many guests said that this accommodation was an excellent value for the money spent. Several guests mentioned that their suites were very clean and spacious which many guests thought also added to the value of their room rates.
Some guests who were traveling with children felt this hotel was a good choice as it was close to many of the attractions they were hoping to visit. A few guests also mentioned that their children enjoyed the large and well maintained indoor swimming pool.

The Bad
Negative guest reviews for this hotel were few however complaints tended to focus on the parking surcharge, the lack of views of the Falls, and room interiors.
Several guests complained about the parking surcharge and some said they didn't understand why they had to pay for parking when they were guests of the hotel. A few guests mentioned that the parking fee came as a surprise as they were not told about it at the time of booking their rooms.
Some guests said that although their rooms were spacious and comfortable the only thing lacking was a view of the Falls and these guests were somewhat disappointed to learn that their rooms had no view.
A few guests felt their room interiors needed to be updated as they were beginning to look worn. Some guests also mentioned that their carpets were stained and ought to be replaced.
