"Hotel was in a great location, across from the fallsview casino, close to many restaurants. The room was on the 7th floor overlooking the horseshoe falls."

"Fantastic value for the price."
"I recently spent a night at the Fallsview Comfort Inn with my neice. The front counter staff were very welcoming and polite. We used the pool and hottub which were both clean, warm and in good repair. Our room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, coffee maker and tea. We did not go to the complimentary breakfast but when I returned with a Tims coffee the lady that runs the cafe was very warm and said "I have coffee for you downstairs". I found that all the staff I encountered were very warm and welcoming. I do however have one word of warning. Wake up to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast and do not make the mistake of dining at the All day breakfast buffet place across the street - it's very cheap quality food."

"Excellent location for a visit to the casino."
"We arrived early and a pleasant staff gave us a room immediately. Location is great for going to the casino. Thru a well-lit parking lot to the next street, down about 100 yards and you are at the casino. Hotel was clean and good value for your money. Only problem - used the pool, then realized had to get towels from the front desk."

"When I reserved my room the reservation included HBO on the TV. I was disappointed that after checking with hotel staff that HBO was no longer available. All in all this is a great place to stay and they look after you."
