"The hotel was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment that I have would be about the room size. We had two adults and two children. We felt very crowded moving around in the room trying to get ready."

"My husband took me to the Brock Plaza for my birthday. At first i was a little disappointed, because we found the room very small, and not much space to move around. However, we found that the bed was very
comfortable, and we always look for comfort. The location was great,
because it's so close to the border if you wanted to go on the U.S. side to do some shopping, which we did. Also at the Casino they had a great Buffet restaurant, with just about everything, the food was good.We would go again, maybe on a weekday for a better price, if possible. Also when you go to the Casino get a Players Advantage card and you park for free at the hotel."

"Such a beautiful old place with a disgusting back entrance..lots of building going on, that's ok, but the back entrance was extremely dangerous since it was poorly lighted and contained clutter from concrete bags and building supplies inside the narrow entry-way, plus we had to lug large suitcases up a concrete stairway (we are two 63 yrs. young ladies)..there was no one to help us and if one of us had been hurt... this hotel would be now in the process of having "new owners"...ME!!! Otherwise, the place is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was extremely welcoming and the view of the Falls from our room was unbelievable...I would definitely reccomend this facility but be sure and go in the front door."

"The best place to stay if you want indoor access to the old niagara casino. That is how we ended up staying at the Brock in the first place. It accessed the old casino. Our luck was never good at the new casino. Sherrill Ball"

"Our check in was not handled well; the reception staff had promised to inform us when our room was ready and then "forgot about" us (actually that is what was stated). The reason given for the delay in check in was there were "late" check-outs. This seemed very disrespectful for guests checking in and the hotel staff did not seem the least bit disturbed about our inconvience. The Restaurant 'Rainbow Room' was a lovely place to host a wedding reception for our small group (20). The wait staff were attentive and respected our special occasion and exceeded all our expectations. Your lovely hotel is a bit worn in the lobby area and this distracted from the beautiful architecture and lovely history of this Grand Old Lady."

"The location of this hotel is incredible. You are close to the main attractions but without the traffic. However the carpets were so dirty in the rooms, I've asked my kids to keep there shoes on thru the stay."

"Just had the traditional room....very, very small. Carpet needs to be replaced or steam cleaned; quite dirty. Although it was a designated non smoking room, it had a very heavy smoke smell inside. The curtains were grimy."

"The only issues I have are as follows. To get to and from parking lot to Hotel is crazy. Elevators Too slow and to go from Lobby to Parking was too hard. Eveyone was complaining that you would meet. Also the washroom was way, way too small and there was only 3 plugs for electrical in room and they were not convenient.
Pool area needs to gets an up-date and carpet has to go do to health issues. Not clean.
Over all service and staff made up for all issues, very helpful."

"The hotel is old -- so don't expect any fancy decorations you see in newer hotels (the room didn't even have a coffee maker!). The cityview room we had was small (very little room to walk around), but clean for the most part -- (there was an 'old hotel' smell that I couldn't get over, but it looked clean). Location wise it was excellent, right in the heart of the tourism district in Niagara Falls -- but if you want a deluxe room, don't stay here -- go to the more expensive Sheridan (which was great the last time we stayed in the falls). We wanted to save money this time around, and although we don't regret staying at the Brock Plaza -- we likely won't stay there again."

"In-room coffee makers would be a nice addition to amenities and/or
Coffee/hot chocolate available in lobby area 24 hrs.
Signs posted by the elevator at each garage level with directions to the main lobby would be helpful.
All of your room attendants were very friendly but out of the four people I had any contact with at the registration desk only two were friendly. I'm sorry I don't know their names."
