"It was a really nice room for the price, they had a free shuttle service and all the attractions were close by. The breakfast was a little pricy but besides that I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was great."

"This hotel is faraway from downtown but a nice shuttle from the hotel depart every half hour, it went beautifully. Leave your car at the hotel because when coming back at night no more space behind the hotel to park. The pool is to chlorine it is smelling and it is getting to your throath and let your with a bad taste in your mouth water in pool to hot.
Book Greg Frewin magic show go on his site it is amaizing. Supper is ok. it is woth it.
Hope this review will help.."

"Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to swim in. The trip was a birthday present for our four year old twins and the novelty of the pool was a dissapointment. We also had temperature changes in the shower. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch.
Also a better daily updated schedule for tourists on the lights/parade/fireworks would be appreciated."

"it was along way from the falls and even though there was a shuttle bus supposedly every half hour we had to wait for one and a half hours to come back to the hotel"

"This hotel was not too bad for value. However, one or two things could be GREATLY improved. The hot water system was not functioning as it should have been. There were times when there was no hot water for showers. The "hot tub" in the pool area was only luke warm and had not been cleaned in some time as we found dirt, hair and other unknown "things" floating in the tub. Rather disgusting. Perhaps the hotel does not have control over the shuttle service to the attractions at Niagara Falls, but we found that the service was not on time and quite sparse. I don't know that I would recommend this hotel to others."

"STAYED HERE BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT. THIS TIME THEY ARE GOING THROUGH A FEW CHANGES WRITE NOW. I SUGGEST THAT THEY MOVE THE NON-SMOKING ROOMS BELOW THE SMOKING ROOMS, THE SMELL DOES TRAVEL UP.
I'M SURE ONCE THEY ARE DONE RENOVATION AND MOVING THINGS, EVERYTHING WILL AS GOOD AS BEFORE."

"Hotel and rooms were nice, had to pay $15 extra for not much of a view. Yes, there was free parking but if you are late getting in, you will be lucky to find a spot and if you do, it could be quite a walk. Would have been nice if the room had cable as well. Service was very friendly but didn't know much about the hotel (ie. restaurant hours). Overall, not a bad place but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again."
