"Don't book a family suite"
"We booked a family suite. It was dirty, the couch was ripped and disgusting, one bed was broken and the ONE tv was not in the common area but it was in a bedroom. Overall it was shabby at best and reminded us all of our college dormrooms. However, they moved 2 of us to a nicer room for free because of the broken bed. Late check out was $10/hr and parking was $12, all of which they waived because of the issues we had. Hot tub was FILTHY. Breakfast was awesome! Staff are FANTASTIC! We won't be back but advise if you're booking here book a room not a suite."

"Beds were too hard, and most of the TV channels did not work. Room was poorly lit. Breakfast selection was limited. Good location and reasonable rates."
