Overview
Located along Lundy's Lane (Highway 20) and about a 10-minute drive from the Horseshoe Falls, Avenue Inn is geared towards car travellers who prefer a hotel with on-site dining, extended kitchen amenities and easy highway access.

Each of the hotel's guest rooms comes equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV and a mini-fridge. Rooms with a kitchenette, a jetted tub and a microwave are also available, as are smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. 

Hotel amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, guest laundry, a playground, free parking and on-site dining at Mom's Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Pets are not permitted.

Canada One Factory Outlets are about an 8-minute drive away, while Fallsview Casino can be found 7 minutes away by car. Marineland Canada is roughly a 12-minute drive from the hotel and Niagara District Airport (YCM) is a 15-minute drive away. (All distances and travel time estimates: Google Maps)
