The Good
This hotel received many positive reviews from guests who appreciated several aspects of this hotel, including the budget price, the location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Many guests coming to Niagara Falls, who wanted a trip that was easy on the budget, enjoyed this hotel. They were pleased with the cheaper room rates and felt that overall they had received good value. Rooms, although dated, were always reviewed as clean, and many of them provided room enough for the whole family with fully separated bedrooms.

Location was a big plus here also, as the hotel is a short walk to the restaurants and attractions of Clifton Hill. Guests were pleased that they could access many points of interest and leave their cars parked at the hotel. The owner was often accommodating to guests who had checked out, but wanted to leave their car in the lot for the day until they left, later on in the afternoon.

Both indoor and outdoor pools added value to guests' stays and were appreciated for their cleanliness.

Staff were seen as friendly for the most part, but several guests reported unfriendly and strained interactions with the staff as well.
The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback in the online reviews that were read in preparation for this report.

A few guests said the Wi-Fi was poor.

Several guests mentioned that the decor was dated, although they also did say the hotel was well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable to some and uncomfortable to others.

Some guests were disappointed in the free breakfast which only consisted of muffins, danish, juice and coffee.

A few guests missed having a coffeemaker in the rooms, although there is free coffee in the lobby. Others mentioned the lack of certain usually present amenities such as a microwave, hair dryer, a box of Kleenex and hand towels.

Some guests felt the staff were ungracious at times and called them rude.
