"we were surprised that there is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The room is clean, walking distance to the falls. It is really worth the money we paid."

"Made our reservations for a king size bed in advance, but that is not what we recieved. Also, the room smelled kinda funky. There was not even an alarm clock in the room."

"For the price, this place was grubby and tacky. Smelly rooms and very untidy. The bathrooms were ok I suppose but that was about it. Very little investment anywhere else in the building. The swimming pool was disgusting.
In relation to Niagara Falls itself, it really needs to get its act together. What they say about these hotels on the web and what is in fact reality are very different. Loved the Falls, so worth a visit, but was glad to leave this part of town. Any visitors should go to a brand name hotel. You'll probabaly only stay one day here so pay a little more for a nice, clean stay."

"I wasn't expecting anything exceptional going to this place, though I did expect a little bit more then we recieved. The room wasn't clean. I work in customer service and this was not a CLEAN room. Lots of dust build up , hairs, ect. A better description and perhaps pictures of the place would have changed our mind before booking. The plus to the place is its in GREAT location ... its withing walking distance to both Casinos, The falls, Cliffton Hill ... so overall the location kinda helped make up for the cleanliness."
