Overview
This motel provides a budget stay on Lundy's Lane, a 4-minute drive, or 21-minute walk from Clifton Hill. Guests will also find the WeGo bus stop, a Tim Hortons, a 7-Eleven convenience store and several restaurants within a 3-minute walk.

The motel is smoke free and pet free. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a hair dryer and climate control. Irons and ironing boards and coffeemakers are available upon request. Rooms are furnished with 2 or 3 double beds or 1 queen bed. Room extras include a double jacuzzi. 

Free parking is available on site. 

Free daytime coffee and tea are available to guests in the lobby.

Hotel amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, BBQ and sun deck with gazebo. There is no elevator to the second floor. The front desk is open daily from 9 am to 11 pm.

Canada One Factory Outlets is a 4-minute drive or 28-minute walk away. Journey Behind the Falls and Marineland are 8 minutes away by car.  Niagara District Airport (YCM) is a 14-minute drive without traffic. (All travel times: Google Maps)

The Good
Guests were typically pleased with the motel, finding a decently-priced lodging for a short budget stay.

Guests liked the location. They described it as being close to shopping, restaurants, the corner store, 7-Eleven and walking distance to Clifton Hill.

Many guests liked the owner. She was friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. 

Guests seemed pleased with the rooms overall and many found them clean and comfortable.

Guests said the outdoor pool was nice with a quaint gazebo and lawn furniture.

The Bad
Guests who were less satisfied with this motel complained along several themes.

Room complaints included: older decor, small bathrooms, mould in bathroom (shower curtain, bath tub), broken hair dryers, hair found in the towels and sheets, uncomfortable beds with very old mattresses, dirty bedspreads with stains, stained sheets, smelly rooms and stained carpet.

Many guests missed having a coffeemaker in the room.

Guests often complained about really slow Wi-Fi (but some found it worked well for them).

Some guests complained of an unkempt pool area.

Some guests felt it was too far to walk to Clifton Hill and the walk back was uphill, so a little hard for some folks.
