"It's an older hotel and could use a face lift, which made it a bit over priced. But the service was good, and the rooms were clean. But the age of the hotel should keep it more in the $80 to $100 price range."

"In enjoyed my two day stay at the hotel. I wasn't staying at the hotel because of its access to a airport, attractions, shopping, restaurant or business district hency my "just OK" rating to this question. The hotel is right beside a major highway which is not a noise or light problem but does allow swift movement from one place to the next. Road construction on the first full day of my stay did limit my access to downtown Newmarket but that was unavoidable. I would have no hesitation about staying at this hotel in the future."

"There is no signage for the very obscure street that you need to turn onto to get to the hotel. It took us 1 hour and three phone calls to the hotel reception to find the hotel. We should have been able to make it to the hotel in 15 to 20 minutes. Very obscure location for this hotel."

"As a parent with 4 children, it is important to us to have breakfasts included in the price of the room. When I made the booking, I picked this hotel because of the continental breakfast. I asked 3 times while booking if it was included in the price or if it was extra, and every time I was told that it was included. When we arrived at the hotel, we were suddenly told that the breakfast was extra and NOT included with the room price. That was not exactly the best way to start our holiday, especially since we were to stay there for 4 nights. I also encouraged my brother to book with this hotel, and he was also disappointed with the fact that there was no elevator or breakfast. With large families comes lots of luggage, and no elevator causes problems, and budgeting for breakfasts being included in the price and then having to pay for them is not the way to increase or retain customer loyalty."
