Overview
Situated near to the intersection of Davis Drive and Yonge Street, this hotel is located in a business district with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel would be ideal for business travellers who need easy access to nearby offices or for those that would value being close to a mall (Upper Canada Mall is across the street).

This hotel is 100% smoke free and has both an interior corridor section and an exterior corridor section. While the interior rooms are accessed by an elevator, the exterior section has staircase access only.

All 97 rooms come with free Wi-Fi and wired internet, a 37" flat screen HD LCD TV with cable, pay-per-view movies, free local calls under 30 minutes, a mini-fridge, a coffee/tea maker, a desk with chair, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board. Suites may feature a separate living area with sofabed and a jetted tub. Microwaves are available (based upon availability), upon request at no additional charge.

Free on-site parking is offered and cold weather hook ups are available.

On-site hotel amenities include a 24-hr business centre, complimentary newspaper in the lobby, meeting rooms, dry cleaning service, guest laundry and a car rental desk (Avis and Budget). 

This hotel provides complimentary access to the Magna Centre, a 7-minute drive away and the Ray Twinney Recreation Complex, a 4-minute drive from the hotel which offer indoor swimming pools and a fitness equipment.

The on-site restaurant, The Buttery, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday Brunch.

Silvercity Newmarket (movie theatre) is a 3-minute drive north of the hotel. There are a few off-site dining options within walking distance like Moxies, Sushi Sushi Japanese Restaurant, Mamma Mia Trattoria and Mr. Greek, 6-minutes by foot or a 1-minute drive.
