"If booking online (web) be careful that you specify non-smoking room. Otherwise you may wind up with a smoking room. I was eventually able to convince them this was important to us and had them switch rooms for us (although I had to upgrade to a "suite" to get this and pay extra). Even the suite left something to be desired. It was just an OK hotel."

"I was not happy about the fact that the hotel insisted on keeping the imprint of my credit card; this is hardly what I would call secure. They could also not tell me why they would need to keep the imprint forever. If I detect any fraudulent use of my credit card, I will be in contact."
