2-minute walk to Upper Canada Mall, clean and comfortable, well-liked restaurant
The Best Western Voyageur is my first choice for Newmarket. It is an affordable and well-managed hotel that seems to please the majority of its guests. It's located about a 2-minute walk to Upper Canada Mall and has several restaurant choices nearby. Guests will find Moxies, Jack Astors, Mr. Greek and Mamma Mia Trattoria, all within a 6-minute walk of the hotel.

Rooms are clean and up to date with 37" flat screen HD TVs and mini-fridges as well as all the usual room amenities. Microwaves can be requested free of charge.

Guests should note that the hotel has two types of rooms, one set with interior corridors that are accessed by an elevator and the other set of rooms with exterior corridors that are accessed by stairs, if not on the ground floor level.

On site, the hotel has a well-liked restaurant called The Buttery that serves delicious meals at reasonable prices. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Sunday Brunch. Complimentary access to the Ray Twinney Recreation Complex and the Magna Centre are provided to all guests for the use of their fitness equipment and indoor pools.

Freebies include Wi-Fi, parking with cold weather hook ups, local calls and newspapers.
