"Housekeeping staff needs a real close supervision."
"* I like the pool and sauna in the hotel. - Too bad that half of the pressure jets in sauna were not working and other half were not working properly. The railing on it were full of a substance similar to sliva. * I like the backyard and the location of the hotel. - Too bad the carpet inside the hotel, in corridor and all the corners, lamp hanging in the staircase were not clean. It looked very dusty. Carpet was beautiful but it seemed like it needed a real good shampoo job. * I like shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. - Too bad it was not checked by housecleaning service. In my room, the body wash was found completely empty. It was very inconvenient to find it empty while under the shower. * I found the front desk staff friendly and welcoming. - I hated the person who knocked at my door and after a knock, opened my door with her/his master-key and then asked me if I needed something from houskeeping. The person deserves to be yelled at. * I found beds nice and clean. - I hated to find my coffee machine so dirty that it seemed like no-one cleaned it for months. It was the same case with Air Conditioning unit. The dirt and webs blew out when it was turned on. - Above all, I found the lid of my toilet seat broken and it was still placed on top of the toilet seat as we put the lid on turnkey pan. I am not sure if it was a test for guest if the guest uses the toilet or not. - The microwave in the common area is an old beater. I was so disappointed to see a 20th century equipment in the hotel."
