The GoodThe most common compliment, among the reviews used for this analysis, was that the room rates were reasonable. Several guests also thought that the hotel offered good value for the money they spent.
Many reviewers described their rooms as clean, while a couple of guests also specifically mentioned that their beds were comfortable. Several reviewers also described their rooms as quiet or adequately soundproofed. A couple of guests said, despite the nearby highways and airport, no street traffic or noise from airplanes could be heard in their rooms.

The Bad
While a few guests found the location of this hotel convenient, as mentioned above, there were several reviewers who had concerns about the adjacent truck stop and gas station. A few guests complained about the number of tractor-trailers in the parking lot, while one reviewer said that the hotel clientele made her feel unsafe.
A few other guests complained that there were few amenities, such as shopping and restaurants, in the neighbourhood surrounding the hotel.
Several guests had concerns about the customer service they received and described the staff as disinterested and uncaring. One reviewer complained that he did not receive a friendly welcome upon check-in. Another guest, who requested an iron and ironing board, said he was told by a front desk agent that "you and everyone else in the hotel" is making that request. The guest was put on a wait-list for the next available iron.
The pool area was also concerning for several reviewers. One guest noticed that a substance, resembling baby food, was left on the floor in the pool area for several days. This guest suspected that the pool area was not cleaned on a daily basis. Another reviewer said that the water in the hot tub appeared "yellowish". Other reviewers found the pool too cold and the hot tub too small.
As mentioned above, several guests described their rooms as quiet. However, several reviewers complained that the in-room bathroom fans were too loud and disruptive. One guest said that the fan was "unbelievably noisy", while another reviewer said that the fan "sounded like a broken motor".
