"All of the staff was extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. The food (room service) was absolutely fabulous - we were there for 3 days and tried a lot of things on the menu. Everything was delicious!! The breakfast buffet was also quite good. The only thing that was a deterent was the beds built on the platforms. As a handicapped individual I had trouble getting on to and off of the bed. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back."

"The pool staff person was wonderful. But the pool itself was dirty. The other staff members were not very helpful. First, they did not have a record of our reservation and made no offer to help us figure out the problem. Second, when we asked for local travel directions and suggestions the staff was clueless. For a hotel that charges $279.00 (Canadian)normally (not the price we paid b/c we used your services)they did not offer the level of services that we are use to."

"The servers in the dinner theatre and in the restaurant at Stage West were simply wonderful. They could not do enough for you. I am a swimmer....and, I found the water a bit cold....and, the whirlpool was not working. When I mentioned the whirlpool's problems, some employee immediately found the problem and got it working. I think this speaks highly for this hotel"
