The Hershey Centre (hockey arena and home of the OHL Mississauga Steelheads) is about a 19 minute drive from this property. 

Downtown Toronto attractions, such as the CN Tower, Harbourfront area, and Theatre district, can be accessed in about 38 minutes, by car, via the 401-East and the Gardiner Expressway (driving time estimates: Google Maps).

Many guests described their rooms as clean, well-maintained, and spacious. A few reviewers also mentioned being impressed with the room configurations that included multiple rooms and multiple televisions. A few guests also complimented the full kitchens and found them to be an added convenience. One guest said that the kitchen allowed her to "enjoy the comforts of home". 

The front desk agents at this hotel were complimented for their friendly and helpful service. Guests also described the staff as polite and accommodating. One guest said that the hotel had "awesome service", while another reviewer was "amazed at how friendly [the staff] were".

The free breakfast also received praise from several reviewers for the ample selection and food quality. One guest described the breakfast buffet as "excellent".

While most reviews for this hotel were positive, among the reviews used for this analysis, there were a few common concerns mentioned. 

Several guests complained about the industrial location of this hotel and found few amenities, such as restaurants or shopping, in the neighbourhood immediately surrounding the property. A few other reviewers noted that the location made it necessary to have a car to access downtown Toronto.

A few guests found their beds to be uncomfortably firm, while a couple of other reviewers thought that their beds were too small.

The wireless Internet service also received a few complaints for being slow and unreliable, especially in the evenings.

While the free breakfast received compliments for the selection and food quality, as mentioned above, the service at the breakfast received a couple of complaints. Some guests described the service at the breakfast as poor, with one reviewer stating that it was "hard to get service from the unfriendly workers". Another guest mentioned that clean utensils and plates were not replenished frequently enough.

A couple of reviewers were disturbed in their rooms by noise. One guest found street traffic noise to be disruptive, while another reviewer found the in-room dishwasher to be too loud.
