A few guests found their beds to be uncomfortably firm, while a couple of other reviewers thought that their beds were too small.
The wireless Internet service also received a few complaints for being slow and unreliable, especially in the evenings.
While the free breakfast received compliments for the selection and food quality, as mentioned above, the service at the breakfast received a couple of complaints. Some guests described the service at the breakfast as poor, with one reviewer stating that it was "hard to get service from the unfriendly workers". Another guest mentioned that clean utensils and plates were not replenished frequently enough.
