Many guests found their rooms to be clean and well-maintained. Several reviewers also thought that their rooms and bathrooms were spacious.

The on-site pool and water slide were praised by many guests. Reviewers described the pool area as clean and the pool staff as friendly. Guests, especially families travelling with children, found the pool area to be an added value feature.

Other value added features mentioned by guests included: two televisions in guest rooms, in-room fridges and microwaves, free on-site parking, and reliable wireless Internet access. Several guests thought that this hotel offered good value for the money they spent.

A couple of reviewers also complimented the production value of the on-site dinner theatre, with one guest describing the actors as "amazing". 

Several guests were disturbed in their rooms by noise. A few reviewers found street traffic noise disruptive, with one guest saying that it was "loud enough to make sleeping impossible". One guest found the in-room air conditioner to be  noisy, while another reviewer complained that the housekeepers created loud noise in the halls.

The hotel decor was described, by some guests, as dated. One reviewer said that the furnishings were "definitely from the 80's", while another guest said that the appearance of the hotel, in general, was "getting run down".

Several guests were disappointed by the on-site restaurant, specifically the breakfast and lunch buffets. Reviewers described poor selection and poor food quality.

A few reviewers thought that the staff seemed disinterested. One guest said that, during check-in, the front desk agent "barely smiled", while another reviewer said that the "front desk agents didn't seem to care too much".

Some isolated complaints were also found for this hotel, including: in-room air conditioner was not in working order, the remote for the in-room television was missing, and a dirty cloth was left by housekeeping in the guest room bathroom.
