Downtown Toronto attractions, including the Eaton Centre, Harbourfront Area, and CN Tower, are about 35 - 40 minutes away by car via the 401-East and Gardiner Expressway (walking and driving time estimates: Google Maps).
The GoodThe most common compliment found for this hotel, among the reviews used for this analysis, was that the guest rooms were well-appointed. One guest said that the "decor is upscale", another reviewer said that the hotel, in general, was "beautiful", and another guest described her room as having a "roman/greek theme with mahogany furniture".
Several guests also thought that their rooms were spacious and clean. A few reviewers said that their rooms were well equipped and in-room items, such as microwaves, mini-fridges, and electric fireplaces, were all mentioned as value added features. Several guests also described their beds as comfortable.

The Bad
There were many concerns expressed about the customer service at this hotel. Guests described receiving conflicting information from different front desk agents, inefficient check-in and check-out processes, room reservation errors, and disinterested responses to concerns. One guest said that customer service was "non-existent" at this hotel, while another reviewer, who asked to have her in-room television fixed, was unhappy when the "tech representative just opened up the door and marched in" without knocking or announcing himself. Another guest, who expressed concerns about her stay, noted that the hotel did not honour their "satisfaction guaranteed" policy.
While several guests found their rooms to be clean, a few reviewers indicated cleanliness inconsistencies. A couple of guests thought that the housekeeping at the hotel could have been more thorough. One reviewer said that "some areas of [his] room were a bit dusty", while another guest discovered items left behind by a previous guest. Another reviewer said that he did not receive housekeeping on the second day of a multi-night stay.
The on-site restaurant and in-room dining service were also a source of complaints. A couple of guests described their food as "cold and soggy", while another reviewer found the food quality to be "poor for a Radison". One guest said that the restaurant ran-out of menu items on the weekend (during her stay).
Several guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities, such as shopping and restaurants, in the neighbourhood surrounding the hotel. One guest described the location as the "middle of nowhere". A couple of guests said that they were disappointed that this hotel did not provide an airport shuttle service. A couple of other reviewers found the hotel farther away from downtown Toronto than they might have expected, which illustrates the importance of checking the location of a hotel before making a booking.
