This hotel has 197 air-conditioned suites, all of which offer free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a video game system, a desk, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. The hotel's staff were a source of numerous compliments by guests. They were characterized as friendly, polite, and effective. One guest remarked, "The staff and their attention to customer service rivals some 5 star hotels and resorts that we have experienced".

However, those staying in standard rooms described their rooms as small and dark, with worn carpet and TVs in need of upgrading. Those who stayed in, or upgraded to, king suites were pleased with their rooms and described them as spacious with comfortable beds and upgraded TVs.
Some guests complained of noise disturbances. They complained about noise from Highway 401 and airplanes, as well as early-morning noise from the hotel's cleaning crew.

"Good value"
"Very friendly, helpful staff. Manager called my room to make sure it was satisfactory, and it was. Pool was being refurbished, so I marked down for amenities, but ambiance will be better when pool is done. About 15 minutes by car from airport, in office park. Not fancy, but clean and a good value, and I recommend it."

"The hotel is in very nice location and easily accessible esp. to 401;We felt safe staying there; the personal esp. housekeeping were courteous and friendly;Newspapers were free, too. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. More power to your organization."

"We chose this hotel as we have stayed there before and it has a pool. When we arrived there was a notice on the door saying the pool would be closed the next day for a week for repairs. I decided to go to the pool that evening and it was so cold I could not get in. Then I went to the hot tub to find it was so merky it was discusting. I was realy disapointed, what could the staff do but say sorry, that did not help me and there was no questionair to leave my comments. Maybe you should have a comment card in the rooms."
