Located about a 5-minute drive from Mississauga's city centre and the nearest Highway 119 on-ramp, the Park Suites Mississauga - The Place Royale is geared towards business or leisure travellers who prefer fully furnished condo-style accommodations with easy highway access and an indoor pool.more
Each of the hotel's air-conditioned one- and two-bedroom suites comes equipped with cable TV, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher and cooking utensils), a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofabed, a washer and dryer, a desk, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are not available.
The hotel also offers an indoor pool, a hot tub, men's and women's fitness clubs with saunas, two billiard rooms, a squash court and a tennis court. Pets are not permitted and parking is $25 per day.
Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park is about a 5-minute drive away, while Square One Shopping Centre can be found roughly 15 minutes away on foot. The hotel's location was described as safe by one lodger, who remarked, "Such a nice distraction from the usual "Mississauga", yet close enough to the action to taste it. Location perfect. Decent area, we felt safe walking at night".

Although one guest characterized the hotel's service as attentive, a couple of guests complained about the staff. They reported that the hotel charged a surprise security deposit, which they then used towards parking and Internet fees, which were thought by these lodgers to be included in the price.
However, it should be noted that the reviews warning guests about hidden fees and large security deposits were from 2012. The lodger who stayed in 2013 did not complain about fees or hidden charges.
