Several guests complained about the food quality and variety at the free breakfast. Reviewers described the selection as consisting of mostly breads and cereals. One reviewer said that the breakfast area was very small and quickly became crowded.
A few guests complained about smelling cigarette smoke in their rooms, and one reviewer complained that her bedding smelled of smoke.
A few reviewers were disturbed in their rooms by noise. A couple of guests were kept awake by plumbing noises from neighbouring rooms, with one reviewer saying that it "sounded like water was running all night long". Another guest was disturbed by noise from airplanes flying overhead.
