"I some how was double bill for my room.it really inconvience me because i was on the road wanted to use my credit card and it was declined due to the over billing. other than this everything was just fine."

"Fantastic, beautiful room, poor customer service"
"The staff member at the desk in the morning (when I was trying to check out) was very dull, and bordered on rude. He did not smile, looked like he hated his job. Your desk staff should represent the hotel better. For most people, the person at the desk is the only person they will deal with during their stay. When I checked in the young guy was friendly and helpful. It is too bad all of your staff we not this way."

"I loved the fact they don't charge to park or for internet service. The room was just as good as other hotels but their rates are much better. So in future I will definitely choose this hotel over all the rest in the area."

"The second night was a little loud and the heat turned on in the middle of the night so we woke up hot. Pool should be 24 hours I like to swim before bed just like I do at home but it was only open till 11. So I never got to use the pool."
