Many guests were pleased with their rooms at this hotel. They were described as clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, modern decor and a strong wireless signal. It was also mentioned that access from both sides of the rooms is provided; one can park in front of their room and access it from the parking lot, and it's also accessible through the hotel. It should be mentioned however, that some guests found their rooms to be on the small side, and a couple guests complained of plugged up bathtubs.
The hotel's airport shuttle service was a source of many compliments by reviewers, who described the service as on time, efficient, with a friendly driver. Guests must call the hotel upon landing in order to get picked up from the airport. One reviewer remarked, "On our arrival back from our long flight we were graciously picked up and dropped off right at our vehicle".

A few reviewers were disappointed there was no on-site restaurant at the hotel. Some found this to be inconvenient, however, others were pleased to find there were many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel to make up for this fact.
