The Bad
Several guests were disappointed with the location of this hotel. Some reviewers thought that the hotel was too far removed from other amenities such as shopping and restaurants.

A few guests also thought that the hotel was farther from the airport than they had anticipated. One reviewer complained that this hotel did not offer an airport shuttle service and that cab fare to the airport was about $45.

Some guests found the menu prices too expensive; one reviewer said that he paid $19 for breakfast. A couple of reviewers suggested that the prices were expensive because there were no other restaurants nearby. A few guests also thought that a free breakfast should have been provided.

While several reviewers found the pool and water slide to be value added features (as mentioned above), a couple of guests complained that the pool area was often over-crowded and that there were too many children engaging in unsafe behaviour around the pool.
