The rooms were frequently described as clean, well-maintained, and spacious. One guest described her room as "sparkling clean". Several reviewers also mentioned that their beds were comfortable.
Many guests described the staff as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One guest said that she received "great service with a smile", while another reviewer said that the staff were "exceptionally nice".
The free breakfast was also praised by many guests for the food quality and selection. One reviewer noted that the menu changed on a daily basis and that he was impressed when one of the staff members cooked a special order, on request, to accommodate his special nutritional needs.
