This hotel is situated in an industrial area of north Mississauga and is about a 2 minute drive from the nearest Highway 407 interchange (toll highway). The nearest Highway 410 interchange is about 4 minutes away, while the nearest HIghway 401 interchange (Hurontario Street) is about 7 minutes away.

This hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking accommodations and pets are not allowed. All 69 units include free wireless Internet, flat screen televisions, work desks with ergonomic chairs, alarm clocks, hair dryers, coffeemakers, irons and ironing boards, lap desks, microwaves, and mini fridges. Select rooms also include whirlpool tubs. Free parking is available on site.

A free breakfast buffet is served, daily, from 6:00am - 10:00am.
