Many guests described their rooms as clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern furniture. A few reviewers also specifically noted that the beds were comfortable. A couple of guests said that the bathrooms were also spacious and several reviewers thought that the hotel, in general, was clean.
Many reviewers thought that the location of this hotel was ideal for accessing the airport (YYZ) and a few guests also mentioned finding the Toronto Congress Centre within a short drive of this property. A few reviewers found the hotel convenient for accessing major highways for travel to downtown Toronto.
The staff, throughout the hotel, were frequently complimented for their friendly and helpful service. Reviewers described the front desk agents as professional, attentive, knowledgeable, organized, and quick to answer questions or provide directions. The free breakfast was praised, by many reviewers, for the food quality and variety. Guests described the selection as including eggs, french toast, oatmeal, and fruit salad. One reviewer said that you "can't beat the Hampton breakfast".

The Bad
As mentioned above, most guests described positive experiences at this hotel, among the reviews used for this analysis. However several guests expressed concerns about the parking facility.
Several reviewers complained about the parking fees ($12 per night) and thought that parking should have been included in the room rate.
A few other guests had difficulty finding available parking spaces, while a couple of other reviewers found the layout of the parking facility to be confusing.
Other isolated complaints included noise disturbances from children running in the halls and that there was no on-site restaurant at this location.
