Located a 1-minute walk from the University of Toronto Mississauga's main entrance and about a 4-minute drive from the nearest Highway 403 on-ramp, the Glenerin Inn & Spa is suitable for business or vacation travellers who prefer a boutique-style hotel with an on-site spa, meeting/banquet space and easy highway access.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms comes equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a private bathroom and a hair dryer. Rooms with a sitting area are also available and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Numerous guests enjoyed the hotel's location, describing it as beautiful, peaceful and "in the heart of Mississauga", as well as close to the University of Toronto Mississauga, the airport, restaurants, Toronto and shopping. One patron remarked, "It amazed us that an inn such as this could exist in the middle of a large metropolitan area. I would recommend this Inn to anyone who is looking for a great quiet getaway".

The hotel's accommodations were praised by many lodgers. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet, modern, well equipped and nicely decorated, with beautiful forest views and comfortable beds. It should be noted, however, that a few guests were disappointed with their lodgings (see below).
