"Would never go back there"
"They had animals allowed in the room next to us so we were granted with a barking dog. We asked for extra glasses and when the maid brought them, they were durty and we were told to just wash them before using them. We had one night free because the 1st time we had gone there they had overbooked so instead of a 2 beds room for 3 adults, we got a 1 bed room with an extremely uncomfortable pull out and the room service for the extra bedding had taken forever and the staff was close to mean."

"On my check out I could not get a receipt for my stay. Apparently the printer was not functioning properly, I waited 15 minutes for 3 attendants to struggle over this but they could not help, I asked them to send me a faxed copy and have not yet received that, hopefully I'll get something in the mail soon! I am not sure what the value of this hotel is as I am not sure what I was billed. I loved the room but would stay at a different hotel next time."

"This hotel branch needs a lot of maintenance. Especially the pool and jacuzzi. The bath tub in the room could have been maintained better. The taps in the bath tub were weak in pressure and temperature and uneven in water supply."
