Many guests found their rooms to be clean and their beds to be comfortable. A couple of reviewers also mentioned that their rooms were well-appointed and spacious, while a couple of other guests found their rooms to be quiet.
The staff throughout this hotel, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and restaurant wait staff, were all complimented for being friendly, helpful, and efficient. One guest was impressed when a front desk agent, upon check-in, provided her with complimentary bath products (including a razor and shaving cream) because her luggage had been lost. Another reviewer said that "it was the professional and helpful staff that made this location stand-out".
Several guests found the airport shuttle service to be an added convenience, with a couple of reviewers noting that the shuttle arrived on-time, as requested.
