The Bad
Guests were not always fully satisfied with their stay.

Recent room complaints found were: only basic cable channels available, sheets smelled too much of bleach, no USB ports for charging beside the bed, no lighting to read from sofa, no fan in the bathroom, kitchenette lacked a full set of glasses and cutlery, water stains on the walls, uncomfortable pillows, mini-fridge did not work, and blind would not go up.

Some guests complained of missing the timing of the shuttle and subsequent long waits for it. Some guests experienced confusion over which shuttle belonged to this hotel and whether to call the hotel or simply wait for it.

Occasionally guests thought the hotel was a little far from the airport and found the area somewhat industrial.

Noise was sometimes a disturbance from guests in neighbouring rooms and hallways, planes overhead, AC units, mini-fridges and traffic on the road side of the hotel.

Some guests complained of unresponsive and unhelpful staff, when dealing with complaints.

The restaurant had some issues. Guests complained of poor quality food, slow service and finding it closed and understaffed at times. A few found the breakfast buffet expensive.

Other comments found were: TV did not have HDMI capability, Tim Hortons did not serve food after a certain hour, and bus service in the area was limited on the weekends.
