There were few complaints found for this hotel, among the reviews used for this analysis, however there were a couple of common concerns.
Several guests were disturbed in their rooms by noise. One reviewer said that she was disturbed by hearing conversations in the hall outside her room. A couple of other guests found noise disturbances created by large groups, with adjacent rooms, to be disruptive.
A couple of reviewers found the temperature of the indoor pool to be too cold. A couple of other guests complained that the indoor pool was out of service during their stay. One of those guests was disappointed that she was not advised of the closure upon check-in.
Other complaints included: a lack of storage space in the rooms and front desk agents were not knowledgeable about public transit routes for travel to downtown Toronto.
