"I Will stay here every time I come to Mississauga."
"This is the second time I stayed at this Hotel. Again the cusotmer service was first class. The room was clean and sized perfectly for my needs as I was here on business. The location right off the highway was ideal for getting around quickly. Plenty of restaurants nearby to dine at with a wide variety of ethnicities. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone business or family when you are going to stay in Mississauga."

"Parking facilities are very poor. Almost impossible to find a parking spot and when I did had to carry my bags down 5 flights of stairs to get to the hotel."

"I feel that the hotel should have told me ahead of time that the pool, sauna and whirlpool were not working at the time. Those amenities were one of the reasons I booked at that hotel and my granddaughter and I were very disappointed. They did not go out of their way to discount the room or do anything extra for us in place of the amenities not being available. Also I had to pay to park which is not right and my niece came over to visit and she had to pay to park as well. They make enough money off the rooms, shouldn't have to pay to park. I will not book this hotel again."

"My only comment would be that there was no continental breakfast available. The meals at the hotel were extremely expensive and with two kids a continental breakfast prior to leaving for the airport would have been nice."

"Had a light lunch in resturant 1 - salad & 1 clam chowder -chowder was not even warm and orderd breakfast to room and it also was not very warm also. So they could heat up the food a lot more for my taste."
