"I am canadian citizen but live in South America and spent 11 days at the Hotel. Everything was excelent and the price was good. I reccomend it withut hesitation to anyone who want to have vacation or have bussiness in Mississauga. I will come back for sure."

"Was not aware of the parking charge until I arrived at hotel - this threw me a little. Thoroughly enjoyed the health club which is main reason I chose this hotel."

"When we checked in, a man at the reception(whose name was Kamran) told us that we had no reservation for the room although we asked him to check again by giving him the confirmation No & reservation No.Instead, he propsed us that we should stay in another room with higher room rate & we were forced to stay in the room because we had no choice other than that. And when we checked out,we were very much surprised that invoice does not have room charge & we asked another guy at counter the reason for it. The guy said it was because a room were booked, prepaid already & that Kamran was not careful enough to find it out ( with no apology for the inconvenience for us).With this kind of carelessness & no consciousness for customer satisfaction, I would no recommend this hotel."

"I had a late check in and was told that I would be placed in a smoker room which upset me sinc I am asthmatic. In the room was a platter of cheese with crackers and a note addressed to a gentleman. The platter had been sitting there for hours and had never been removed. The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the floor. Obviously, the room had not been properly cleaned since the last person departed. This was my first and probably last stay at your hotel."
